At ORIGÉN Nail Art, your health and safety are our top priority. For this reason, we do NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a verified manufacturer defect. All sales are FINAL.
Please only submit a return request if you meet one of the following criteria:

You received damaged items

There is a manufacturer defect

Items are missing from your order
Any RMA request that does not meet the criteria above will be declined.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately before using the item.
Eligible items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:

The item must be unused

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement or refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to complete the refund on their end.

Packages Marked as Delivered / Not Received
Once your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer in our control.
We are unable to offer refunds or complimentary reshipments for packages that are:

Marked as delivered but not received

Stolen after delivery

Lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order, including apartment or suite numbers.
Why This Policy Exists
We pride ourselves on serving our customers with honesty and care. Unfortunately, past incidents of fraudulent reshipment requests have resulted in significant losses to our small business.
To protect the integrity of our brand and ensure fair pricing for all customers, we must strictly enforce the policy above.
