During peak seasons—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday periods, major sales, and product launches—processing times may extend to 5–10 business days due to high order volume. We appreciate your patience during these times.

If Your Package Was Not Delivered
Once a package is handed off to the carrier and the shipping label is scanned in, it is no longer within our control.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or free reshipments for packages that are:

Marked as delivered but not received

Stolen after delivery

Sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer
Please double-check your shipping address—including apartment or suite numbers—before completing your order.
We enforce this policy strictly due to past instances of fraudulent “missing package” claims that resulted in significant losses for our small business.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for all Duties, Taxes, VAT, and Import Fees imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in the international shipping rate, and orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to unwanted import charges.
